All in person services are required to have a meet and greet to start your service. This is like an interview process for both parties to ensure this is a good match for you and your pets needs.

You must go through the Pet Profile and Contract found on the Services section on the website. I will provide a copy for you to sign for record for insurance purposes.

Please note, communication is so important. If there are extra needs, medication requests, other services required, etc. please communicate with me and I'd be happy to do what I can to help. This goes both ways and I will communicate the best I can within 24 hours notice of any cancelation, requests or needs on my end. Note that I do have a child and emergencies or illnesses happen that require less than 24 hour notice. In this instance, I will give as much notice as possible.

PUPcycling for pet items. Gently used or like new pet items.

By upcycling your like new or gently used pet items you will be keeping waste out of landfill that does not need to be there. You are helping give a second life to your pet items and giving another pet a chance to try something new, to have a safer tool for walking, to have a new favourite toy or new favourite bed.

Items will will take:

• grooming tools like brushes, clippers, grinders, etc.
• beds or blankets that do not have rips, holes or permanent smells (cigarettes or heavy scented detergent)
• toys that are like new or gently used with no holes or rips
• pet accessories like bows, bandanas, outfits
• outdoor gear like boots, jackets, sweaters, cooling vests
• car items like car seat protectors, harnesses that clip to seat belts, storage bins, etc.
• pet related home decor
• harnesses, leashes, collars, muzzles, etc.
• crates, xpens, carriers, etc.
• broken items that hardware can be removed and reused 

Unleashed Ldn is a safe and harmfree business. There are some items that we do not agree with or do not have the education to provide to use tools safely. Some items also may not be suited for second hand use due to battery leakages, wiring defects, damages etc.

What we will NOT take:

• prong collars, e-collars, shock collars, spray collars or any tools that take away from proper training (please note, if this works for you, we do not judge, but I cannot provide the educational information myself so I will not sell these items)
• any items requiring batteries or electrical needs as if wiring is damaged we may not be able to see this or be sure of it being safe
• broken items that may cause choking risk, risk of injury, risk of any kind

We WILL take items to be e-wasted for an additional discard fee. We would rather help you take things off your hands and be placed in the proper waste bins as needed. 

If you have any unopened bags or cans of food, treats, natural chews, etc. that you do not know what to do with, we can take this as well as long as it is not expired or bags/cans are not damaged. These items will either be given to people who need them at low or no cost, and may also be bagged and separated to help someone who may just need help for a week or a few days. 

ALL items given to Unleashed Ldn to sell on this platform will be washed, cleaned, disinfected or checked over as needed per each items requirement. Note that these items have been used before and by purchasing you are aware that we may not see all issues, stains, damages, etc. when inspecting. You are purchasing at your own risk knowing that.
